there is this 1 feature where you can choose either standard(no additonal charge) or priority (with additonal charge)...i just found out that both of that option are the same.. both of that option are delays...FYI, just use standard option and dont waste your extra money for priority option...not worth for that additional charge2025-07-11 13:02:06

editing my review because they out worst themselves. Made an order on 25/04, but somehow 2 orders were made. I found out when 2 of the exact same orders were delivered to me. I asked them if they could look into it and process a refund. They kept saying since whatever happens is auto generated and they cannot change it. I asked for another agent to speak to and they just gave the same cookie cutter explanation. I didn't wanna waste any more time and just decided to uninstall.2025-07-10 20:59:36

Taking back my previous review. They removed the chat with agent feature, which I applauded them on before since CS was good. Had one order which took 2+ hours not because the food wasnt ready, but because riders decline picking up orders based on the location. So instead, the restos take the heat for the policy failures. You cant cancel the order wout risking COD priveledges since you cant contact CS to explain, and the resto cancelling would mean a wasted, already-prepared order for them.2025-07-10 11:18:08

Pathetic service, expected time before ordering is 25 mins max, and then the rider picks it up after 40 mins and delivers it after delivering 3 to 4 orders, which is also out of route. Your food gets cold and the whole point of ordering from foodpanda is no gas at home so now we have 2 foods, one made at home and the other one by foodpanda, both are cold and you can't make it hot. This app used to be the best food delivery app in the beginning now it is just to rob customers in different ways. I placed an order today but it was delayed 2hrs so I sent multiple requests to cancel it and received email that it was canceled but a disabled rider reached my house and out of pity I payed for it. The restaurant sent wrong order as well but there is no place in this app to even complain about it. Reviews of canceled order can't be given. This app is running on pity now?2025-07-09 06:44:33

service of this apps is the worst and the partner service (restaurant) also the same. Cannot cancel order, recently I have to wait for 2 hours plus for my food to be delivered. After that my order was cancelled by the restaurant. This wasted a significant amount of time. If the restaurant couldn't fulfill the order they should have communicated this much sooner Time to uninstalled this food apps from my phone.2025-07-09 02:07:08
