Love the app, the barcode scanner is so useful (once you get through all the screens to actually open it). The results when searching for food can be hit or miss when filling in your planner and I really wish there was an option to simply add to "my foods" once I've searched; instead of searching, remembering the details then having to go through another process to add to "my foods".2025-07-28 23:47:50

Really good app as a Slimming World member! I love how I can track and plan my food on it. Great recipe ideas and stories, too. Very inspiring! Helps me lose weight! The only thing I would change is, when I add a HEX it only allows me to input the full HEX. Sometimes I have half or a third of a HEX, for example, and the app doesn't allow me to alter that so I have to write that down so I remember. However, for all other foods it allows you to change the proportion of the serving you have had.2025-07-28 14:12:35

Overall, this app is a great way of staying on track. I like the layout and most of the features are fab. However: The app often glitches and it logs me out, and won't let me log back in for a while. I'm guessing this is just teething problem as it's a relatively new app. What would make this app even better is if you were able to input activities to count towards body magic awards. Not impressed at all. Old app refused to log me in. Eventually figured out you wanted me to move to this new app by trying to reset (my known) password. Followed your instructions. Received 5 emails including ones that say all my data has been moved successfully. App shows a white screen & with 5 buttons, none of which are functional. The old app wasn't great but it at least worked to some extent...this one is useless and doesn't work at all and I work in IT so I know what I'm doing.2025-07-28 05:10:12

Wouldn't even give this app 1 star. Absolutely rubbish. Rarely find syn values of food. Even simple things - type tinned tomatoes and its way down on the list when it should be at the top. Absolutely abysmal. SW really need to hire some better software developers and why no barcode scanner? Also when you 'favourite' foods on the planner, they're all over the place instead of alphabetical order to make them easier to find again. This app is much improved since I last used it. Things that would make it better would be the ability to filter free foods and healthy extras when searching, multi add from your favourites and recents, and the ability to sort your favourites how you would like them. It's so random how it is now that it's quicker to search rather than scroll up and down to find what you want.2025-07-28 02:52:36
