This app says access your full medical history. I logged in & it says I have 0 medical conditions which I clearly do my doctors are aware of my medical history and it's not showing up. Only my meds. Another security issue is, this app allows you to screenshot your private medical info. That should be blocked. It should say "can't screenshot on sensitive information" and block the screenshot.

Pathetically amateur. Needs an update almost every time I use it and it loses my logon details and biometrics after each update. Why don't you employ programmers? I have been told by the developers to set this app to auto update. Yeah right. When you employ staff who can plan, test and release an update to industry standards rather than throwing out untested emergency fixes I might consider it.

Changed GP surgery but new GP surgery not appearing on the app. No phone number or instant chat for NHS app - just email. So emailed NHS App but they were totally useless - told me to delete my NHS account or change would happen automatically in a week but it didn't. So I uninstalled and reinstalled app and only then when I tried to log in did it ask me to put in linkage key for new GP and that changed it but no option to put linkage key unless uninstall app

Trying to log on to my account but each time i request a security verification code sent to my mobile it doesn't arrive. My phone number is correct and this hasnt been an isdue before. Can't order repeat prescription or manage my hospital appointments so right now this is pretty useless.

App suddenly stopped working. GP surgery is telling nothing to do with them and NHS app services is telling only GP can give full access to view the medical records. But GP Surgery is helping me and confirmed from there side no blockage is there. Error is showing on NHS app that I should contact GP surgery that I am registered on Central NHS data base and practice data base. Confirmed from GP, I am on both. App is absolutely useless and gives you stress and frustration and very unprofessional!!

I cannot manage any of my prescriptions on your App because it keeps telling me I don't have any! I am on Citalopram for my mental health right now and am trying my best to manage my meds but I can't do that when your app does not work properly! I've now ran out of meds and have had to put an urgent call into my GP to get their repeat put in. I've now been four days without medication and it's causing severe anxiety. Why provided NHS Service users an app when it doesn't work properly?
