Child Growth Tracker helps parents and clinicians record and monitor children's growth with simple tools for logging weight, height and head circumference and generating growth charts and percentiles. The app produces age-vs-weight, age-vs-height, head circumference and BMI charts from birth through age 20 (plus adult weight/BMI), and includes specialized curves for preterm babies so you can track corrected age. With international reference charts, image and PDF export, CSV import/export and optional cloud backup, Child Growth Tracker makes it easy to keep a reliable growth record, share results with a pediatrician, or include charts in a baby book.
