Edited: I'm giving them 5 stars now. After I complained of losing 20 rubies for some bug in the system, the support actually listened. That's huge in my book. Keep it up. I appreciate the 5-second ads. This is better bc it goes to the point. I skip the 30-second ones... so boring. Don't want to watch ads to get my item. I have a love-hate relationship with this game. I've been playing this game for awhile now, I really enjoy it... it's fun and can be addictive, but as you get further, it's impossible to beat levels without buying boosters... upgrades for your kitchen become very expensive, it gets frustrating. Losing interest quickly! Rubies went from 3.99 to 7.99, then 9.99 to 14.99, now they offer rubies for 17.99, too much to spend on a game! Game looks great and gameplay is enjoyable with lots to do. But you aren't going to have access to most of it without spending money or spending an absurd amount of time grinding to get gem currency. I really enjoyed the first level, but when a game loses the balance between aquistion and time spent to get items. Then the game play becomes a chore and just isn't fun anymore. I enjoyed the game at first but and this is a big BUT. I nearly made a purchase because a pop up popped up while I was playing. Also I after playing for 2 days I lost my first game. The game offered me to spend 20 diamonds to continue but I didn't want to. The game wouldn't let me press the x button and tried to force me to press it so I had to turn off the app. Another thing that's started to annoy me, I make something the customer changes their mind. The pop ups when you open up the game and between playing levels is annoying. I have to click the x button so many times. Also when it comes to the drink stations i have to double or tripple click them for the drinks to be made. which is very frustrating when you have to make ur customer happy by pushing out orders.
